Our goal is to provide a satisfying customer experience, which is why our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can receive a full refund or exchange for most items within this timeframe.

Once we have received your return and completed an inspection (usually within 72 hours), your exchange will be processed and delivered within the next 15 business days. For refunds, they will be processed and confirmed via email within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method, which may take 10 to 45 days depending on the payment method.

You are eligible for a refund or return if the wrong product was received, if the product is defective or damaged during shipping, or if the product has been tampered with, please contact us within 2 working days.

Please note that personalized or customized products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Additionally, customers are responsible for shipping fees while returning items to us.

Return and Alteration

Our goal is to deliver the ideal jacket to you on the first try. In the unlikely event that your custom order requires alterations, we offer the first one at no charge.

Design & Quality

Solution: Before dispatching your order, we share pictures of your actual product with you. You can review the design, material and stitching before we dispatch it. So this reason is potentially eliminated.

Sizing

When ordering a custom jacket, our customer service representative will request your body measurements. Be sure to refer to our sizing guide to ensure accurate measurements. Despite our efforts, if the jacket does not fit correctly, we offer one free alteration. You would need to cover the shipping cost for returning the jacket.

Refund

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please keep in mind that your custom order is created specifically for you based on your specifications, including style, material, and accessories. It is not suitable for resale.
